Constantine Turf Farm is located 5 miles north of the Indiana/Michigan line on Millers Mill Rd. both east and west of the new US-131 near Constantine, MI. We deliver to customers in both Michigan and Indiana; we are also conveniently located so customers can place their order and pick up sod here at the farm.Be sure to call for the current pick-up location
